Answer to Q3
It was Lee Sedol, a 9-dan world champion Go player who said the famous lines about AlphaGo (the Go-playing AI developed by DeepMind).
"Even if I become the number one, there is an entity that cannot be defeated."
The strongest algorithm now is AlphaZero which is simultaneously the best player chess, shogi, and Go player.
