You restrict for 1-2 months leading up to the trip. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cutting out wine. Avoiding social gatherings with friends. Tracking every gram of food in your phone. Using every willpower muscle that you have. Then you go on the trip and YOLO. You have been restricting carbs for months so you indulge in all of them. There has to be balance right?! By the end of day one on the trip you're bloated, uncomfortable and don't look nearly as good as the progress photos that you took even just the week prior.
