Regrettably, due to copyright issues, HTBS has had to remove Tim Koch's three-part article "Underground Rowing", which showed the London Transport Museum's collection of Boat Race posters from 1910 to 1959 and other rowing-related posters at the museum. The three parts were published on 26-28 October 2021 but have now been removed from the HTBS website.

Not only did Tim Koch put down a lot of work on the article, but we understand that the piece resonated well with our readers' interest in the Boat Race and rowing. It also received a lot of positive responses on HTBS's social media. Needless to say, these posts on Twitter and Instagram have also been removed.

However, HTBS would not like to deprive our readers from enjoying these wonderful posters, and as Tim mentioned at the end of the third part of the article, the London Transport Museum Shop has copies of Boat Race posters from twenty of the contests run between 1914 and 1955 for sale – plus many of the regatta and boating posters. Unframed versions are £20 for those sized 30 x 25 cms, £30 for 40 x 29, £40 for 60 x 44 and £50 for 80 x 50. Framed ones are £70 for the smallest and £150 for the biggest.

This should solve Christmas present problems for HTBS Types.
