I will continue getting up. It may not always be at 5am exactly, but I'm OK with that. I will also continue the "Hour of Power" from 5 am club and the"60 Hour Student". I also gained an interest in Wim Hof because of the 5am club, and will continue forward.

Going forward with this revolution of the 75 Hard (Phase 2), I am cautiously optimistic. In the first original 75-day installment of 75 Hard, I learned a lot more about my demons: distraction, lust, and sugar.

In the first 30-day installment, my nerve damage worsened which forced me to really re-evaluate everything I knew about health, fitness, and faith...but I learned to adapt.I learned that you can persevere.

And within that adaptation, I learned new possibilities: kettlebells, Wim Hof, deep breathing, visualization, Bob Proctor, manifestation, and entrepreneurship.

So, I go forward (in less than 48 hours), more aware of the boundaries and demons in my life as I go through the next installment of the 75-Hard program (48 hours and counting...)

These experiences have left me more respectful of time and my health. I am sharper, more adaptable, and more perseverant than ever.

5am Club
