How's Your Saturday Morning Brew?

Hey there coffee brewer, How are you enjoying your Saturday morning brew? For me this is the best coffee of the week. It's all about taking your time and enjoying each sip. If you're in need of some inspo. here's a couple of cracking coffees that we featured last dispatch... Elsewhere and Bohemia Roasts were the two independent coffee roasters that smashed it in Box 31.   Bohemia Roasts is the first coffee roastery based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Their coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. The Organic Maya from Guatemala starts with a smooth chocolatey fragrance as soon as the bag is opened. It is roasted on the darker side of medium to accentuate the rich flavour profile this coffee holds.  A great coffee that is pretty versatile across all brew methods. Paper filters really highlight the sweet sugary nature of this coffee while my stovetop produced a smooth milk chocolatey cup. Elsewhere are the eye-catching coffee roasters based in Deptford, London. The Juice box coffee from Elsewhere coffee roasters originates from the Oromia zone, Guji, Ethiopia. Ethiopia is one of my favourites, coffee from this origin never ceases to surprise me and this one from Elsewhere did not let the side down. The medium body holds the rich cherry and bubblegum notes all the way through and the sweet toned aftertaste lingers on the back of your palette.
