Bethlehem and San Lorenzo - Back in Stock

We're happy to keep two relationships going for another season with Martin Guitterez' San Lorenzo in Costa Rica and Don Mario's Bethlehem in Colombia .
COSTA RICA - SAN LORENZO
Cherry Liqueur, Pineapple and Chocolate.
This season's crop from Martin Guitterez' Finca Gamboa is back and tasting better then ever. On visiting this origin we were lucky enough to witness harvest in full swing with full sacks of fresh coffee cherries piled by the roadside ready to be collected for processing. This particular coffee has undergone careful natural processing contributing to a silky mouthfeel and notes of Pineapple, Chocolate and a faint, Cherry Liqueur note.

COLOMBIA - BETHLEHEM
Honeycombe, Walnut and Cream
When we first met Don Mario at his Bethlehem farm in Risaralda we were struck by the nature of his artisanal approach to producing coffee. Don Mario is able to process his cherry straight from the field in micro-batches and dry the parchment on the sliding covered patio on the roof of his house. A wealth of experience means he knows how to get the best out of his coffee and the result is a well balanced coffee with creamy mouthfeel, mild acidity and notes of honeycomb and walnut.
