What's brewing this week?

We welcomed Blossom and Cafédirect to see what they had in their coffee locker in Box 29.

Blossom are the exciting coffee roasters that are emerging out of Manchester.

The Musasa coffee from Blossom originates from the Rusizi region of Rwanda.

The Musasa starts with an undoubtedly light and crisp fragrance. Almost juicy yet I found it hard to actually put my finger on a flavour note. The first few sips run straight to the back corners of your palate, the enjoyable acidy quench your taste buds with notes of green apple and a flash of grapefruit.

Cafédirect are the seasoned sustainable coffee roasters based in London.

Their London Fields roastery sits among a vibrant scene of local artisan breweries, bakeries and cafes, a stone's throw away from the famous Broadway Market.

The Honduran coffee from Cafedirect originates from La Pez in southern Honduras.

This was a super enjoyable coffee, especially for folks that enjoy fuller flavours and a sweet, smooth profile.
