Hey coffee lover,
Some places, like Ethiopia & Colombia, are famous for producing great beans.
You can find high-quality beans from these regions almost everywhere.
But Blue Mountain & Kona coffee are rarer, more expensive, & offer unique flavor profiles.
These regions' local coffee regulatory bodies keep a strict eye on quality & limit spurious products from making their way into the market.
Kona coffee, for example, comes from Hawaii.
But only the coffee grown in the Kona district on the Big Island is bestowed with the 'Kona' label.
Similarly, Blue Mountain coffee is grown in only the four recognized parishes in Jamaica and must be planted above a specific elevation.
And since they are grown on mountain slopes, they must be carefully harvested and sorted by hand.
When so much care & attention goes into these beans, you can be sure that they produce some fantastic brews.

PS: Due to the smaller lot sizes, labor-intensive nature of harvesting & processing these beans, & high demand, be prepared for a sticker shock.
