Exciting news about Lucidpress

I am writing to share some exciting news. As General Manager, I have been lucky to help build Lucidpress as part of Lucid Software since 2017. Today, I am thrilled to announce a new chapter for our customers and our team.

As of May 20, Charles Thayne Capital, a growth capital and private equity firm, has acquired rights related to the Lucidpress product to form a separate, fully independent company to run the Lucidpress business, initially called LPS Holdco LLC. I will continue leading Lucidpress as CEO.

This partnership will allow us to accelerate the execution of our promise to make it quick and easy for anyone to create on-brand content. With these new partners, and our focus squarely on you — our customers — we couldn't be more excited about the bright future ahead!

Additionally, you will not experience any change with how you use Lucidpress in the near term. Your subscription and legal terms will stay the same, you will log into Lucidpress in the same way you always have, and if your subscription renews during the transition, you will receive an invoice from Lucid Software on our behalf. We will remain in touch about any important transition changes and look forward to sharing exciting product feature additions, as well.

Please know that we are, as always, committed to providing a best-in-class product and customer experience for our customers. You can refer to this FAQ for additional information and reach out to support@lucidpress.com with any immediate questions.

Thank you for believing in Lucidpress and being the most important part of our journey.

Kind regards,
Owen Fuller
CEO, LPS Holdco LLC
